Bal Harbour

Bal Harbour may be small, but you can’t deny its reputation as a hidden jewel on the Florida coast.

Welcome to Bal Harbour

A small piece of heaven in northern Miami Beach

The village of Bal Harbour may be small, but you can’t deny its reputation as a hidden jewel on the Florida coast. With glittering views of the Atlantic Ocean and the finest upscale amenities, this luxurious spot by the water is the perfect place to call home.

The land in this area was originally used to train Air Corps soldiers, but after World War II, their barracks were converted into apartment homes. Bal Harbour was fully developed during the late 1940s, with swampland filled in and seawalls constructed. In more recent years, luxury resorts were constructed in the area, turning Bal Harbour into the vacation destination it is today!

Like many areas in Miami-Dade County, Bal Harbour is home to a variety of luxury condominium complexes. Spectacular single-family homes can also be found in the area— many of them are sprawling waterfront mansions pricing well into the millions.
