Welcome to Miami Beach
A beautiful resort island off the coast of Florida
The coastal resort city of Miami Beach is one of the best places to live in Florida—especially for those who long for a combination of urban and beachfront living! Since the early 20th century, beachgoers have flocked here to experience its beautiful sights.
The first buildings were constructed in Miami Beach during the late 19th century, and the area was developed further after World War II. Today, Miami Beach is known for its gorgeous Art Deco Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This area is home to hundreds of Art Deco apartment buildings and hotels that comprise the world’s largest collection of the design!
Miami Beach boasts plenty of condominium complexes and apartment buildings as well as luxurious single-family homes. There are amazing houses and apartments to fit almost any budget, but stunning high-end condos and sprawling mansions—many of which are situated right on the glittering Atlantic Ocean—price well into the millions.
